Isabel Sanchez
A seasoned executive, Isabel Sanchez joined Leon Medical Centers in October 2007 after a 27-year trajectory in leadership positions at Delta Airlines. As Center Administrator for Leon Medical Centers’ Miami Center Isabel Sanchez is able to use her innate customer service skills to help patients and make a difference in their lives.

In her current post, Isabel is responsible for the daily operation and administration of Leon Medical Centers’ first facility, which not only involves addressing patient queries and concerns, but also providing the compassion that they have come to expect from this institution over the years.

Isabel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University having concentrated on Business Administration. Her proven leadership helps Leon Medical Centers make daily improvements in order to increase employee performance, productivity, and overall patient service and satisfaction.

On her personal time, Isabel volunteers at her children’s school and gives her time alongside her family to helping the homeless through Our Sisters of Charity church.

She prides herself on helping patients as quickly as possible and is happy to count on a team of professionals that is truly dedicated to their work in an atmosphere of respect. Her greatest satisfaction comes from the kind words and appreciative gestures of the Miami Center’s patients and is excited by all the new challenges that each day brings as Center Administrator.

Isabel lives in the Kendall area of Miami Dade County, is married and the proud mother of two.
x Westchester - Administrator

Katia Vivancos
Originally from Matanzas, Cuba, Katia Vivancos joined the Leon Medical Centers family in 1998 and has enjoyed a successful trajectory during her tenure at the company having started as a front desk receptionist and evolving into her current post as Administrator for the company’s Westchester Center.

Shortly after high school, Katia Vivancos joined Yema Home Health Care in Miami, Florida where she was charged with managing day-to-day company operations. There she gained valuable industry insight that helped determine her professional calling.

She attended Miami-Dade College where she earned her degree in health services administration.

Katia Vivancos came to Leon Medical Centers to fulfill her goal of helping others and join a company dedicated to delivering its promises, a principle she is committed to. Right at home at LMC she quickly earned various promotions at the company.

In her current position, Katia Vivancos is responsible for overseeing the Westchester Center’s daily operations and ensuring a positive environment for both patients and employees. She greets patients regularly and tends to their needs, resolving any issues that may arise through the course of the day and is on-hand to guarantee that patients receive the care they require in the most efficient way possible.

Katia Vivancos lives in Miami with her husband and three children.
x East Hialeah - Administrator

Hector Estevez
A six-degree black belt in Judo and member of the International Judo Federation, Hector Estevez infuses his position as Administrator of Leon Medical Centers’ East Hialeah Center with discipline, respect, and humility.

An industry veteran, Hector joined Leon Medical Centers in February 2009. Previously he was an Executive Business Manager at Merck and Co., a pharmaceutical company where he held numerous leadership positions during his 20-year tenure.

As Administrator, Hector starts his day early and is dedicated to making sure each patient receives a Service of Excellence that is, in his words, “the León way.”

He is most inspired by the institution’s mission and spends time with patients on a daily basis always putting their needs first.

Hector earned his degree from Florida International University. He has been married to his wife, Zaida for more than 20 years, has two children, Jessica, 25 and Alex, 18 and is now also a proud grandfather to grandson, Lucas.

Jose Rodriguez
On August 10, 1998, Jose Rodriguez came to Leon Medical Centers where he currently holds the post of Administrator for the newly established West Hialeah Center. In this capacity, he is responsible for ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, overseeing daily operations including physician scheduling, center inspections, and adherence to regulatory policies, as well as maintaining the overall positive and enjoyable atmosphere the company is recognized for through the courteous treatment of patients, visitors, and employees.

Prior to joining Leon Medical Centers, Jose Rodriguez worked at Fortune 500 company, YKK, which has locations in 24 cities throughout the United States and in 54 countries worldwide.

There he was sales manager for the company’s Miami office and oversaw product sales and services for the region.

He graduated from Florida International University in Miami, Florida with a degree in Marketing and International Business.

An active member of the community, Jose volunteers his time by coaching various children’s sports including flag football, soccer and basketball.

He lives in the City of Doral and has two children, Jose, 6; and 4-year-old daughter, Victoria.
x Kendall - Administrator

Dario Bembibre
In his post as Administrator of Leon Medical Centers’ Kendall Center, Dario Bembibre is charged with ensuring that the organization is delivering care at the highest standards.

He received his Associate in Arts Degree from Miami-Dade Community College and has had extensive continual education at Florida International University in Miami, with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS). He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration. He learned retail at K-mart Corporation where he worked 11 years and achieved level of Regional Manager, overseeing operation of more than ten locations in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe Counties.

Shortly thereafter he was recruited by Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club, where he devoted the next seven years.

Dario Bembibre joined Leon Medical Centers in May 2006 and took a brief hiatus to study and earn a health care degree, with a focus on health care finance. He now begins his day early to ensure that the company’s Kendall facility is ready to meet the expectations of patients. Following that he reviews schedules of both staff and physicians, making sure there is optimal coverage to guarantee a positive experience and evaluates priorities to establish a daily plan to meet the needs of patients and the business. Due to the nature of the business, plans are fluid and in constant alteration, a feat he executes in order to successfully manage the operations of the Center.

He enjoys the fast-paced, demanding nature of the work environment and the constant change that allows both the patients and employees to impact the environment. Reveling in the company philosophy he believes gives the company its “competitive advantage,” Dario attributes its success to the penetration of this belief across all levels of the corporate structure.

Dario has worked extensively in the community with youth groups and sat on the Board of Directors at the Local South YMCA. He is an active member of National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) since 2007 and the National Society for Hispanic Professionals (2005).

A self-proclaimed true Miami native, Dario Bembibre was born and raised in the city where he currently lives with his wife and two children.
x Flagler - Administrator

Jeanette Enrizo-Navarro
Jeanette Enrizo-Navarro joined Leon Medical Centers in 2010 as an ancillary Center Administrator responsible for covering day-to-day operations at multiple facilities.

Her strong leadership and dedication to patients led her to become the Flagler Center’s Center Administrator where she supervises clerical and clinical staff of 160 employees and shares in the company’s mission to improve quality of life for the Medicare patients it serves.

Prior to joining Leon Medical Centers Jeanette was director of human resources at the City of South Miami where she was responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the city’s human resources division to ensure employee safety and performance.

Jeanette earned her Master’s degree in management in 2007 and her Bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Saint Thomas University.
