Information about your health should be right at your fingertips. Leon Medical Centers’ state-of-the-art technology makes accessing your health record easy and secure. We have the latest electronic health record system that seamlessly connects you to all of our medical staff.

Free, Secure Access to Your Electronic Health Record

You can always see your electronic health record on My Leon. It’s a free online system that every patient can use at Leon Medical Centers. It puts all of your health history in one place, where it’s safely stored and can’t be accessed by anyone but you and your healthcare providers.

Your Health Record Travels With You

Since our system is built on Epic’s state-of-the art electronic health record software, it’s easy for us to securely share your information with other hospitals or doctors if needed. You can travel to other cities, states and countries knowing your health record travels with you. Doctors and hospitals throughout the U.S. and around the world who use this system can access your medical record if you need care when you’re away from home.

Easy Sign-Up Process

It’s easy to get started. During your first doctor’s visit, you’ll get an activation code to sign up for My Leon. If you forget or lose the code, you can still sign up by going to the website and answering a few questions about yourself. Remember, we’re always here to help you sign up and to answer your questions.
