White-Glove Treatment

Every Leon Medical Centers employee goes through our Service of Excellence Training Program (based on the Ritz-Carlton service model). The program teaches our staff about white-glove treatment that goes above standard care and makes patient-comfort our highest mission. It’s all about giving you the respect and extra attention you deserve.

Free Transportation for All Members

You’ll always have a way to get where you need to be. All of our members get free transportation. If you need help getting to one of our centers, we can pick you up in a bus that’s especially for transporting patients. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted first by our doormen, who will help you out of the vehicle and guide you to our beautiful lobbies.

After you see the doctor, we can take you home in one of our buses. We always follow up with you to make sure your visit went well and to answer any questions you may have. From picking you up to calling you after your visit, we’re with you every step of the way.

Caring Lobby Greeters Ready to Help You

Once you’re inside Leon Medical Centers, you’ll meet our caring lobby greeters. Our greeters will tell your doctor that you’re here and help you find where to go.

You may notice our lobby greeters wearing radio headsets. These are designed to make it easy for them to talk to everyone at Leon Medical Centers. That way, they never have to raise their voices to be heard, which helps create a more peaceful place for you and your loved ones.

Personal Escorts Every Step of the Way

You’ll have a personal escort from our customer service team who’s ready to guide you during your visit. They’ll help you walk, find your doctor and take care of you. If you use a wheelchair, they’ll push it and help you on and off the elevator.

Come Socialize With Us

Think of Leon Medical Centers as part of your community. You’re welcome to visit even if you don’t need to see a doctor. You can take a class at our Healthy Living Centers or use the gym equipment. Play dominoes with friends or join a book club. Make yourself at home.

Don’t forget to stop by the cafeteria and try the delicious food or drinks. Our cafeterias are a place to meet people and talk, just like you would with family. Because after all, when you’re at Leon, you are part of the family.
