Caridad Bello

HOMESTEAD – ADMINISTRATOR

Caridad Bello is proof of how hard work, loyalty and persistence pays off and how valued employees are professionally recognized and promoted at Leon Medical Centers.

Caridad began working as Mr. Leon’s Assistant immediately after finishing her education and before the opening of Leon Medical Centers.

Having had minimal day to day patient interaction, Cari was recognized for her work ethic and encouraged by Mr. Leon to acquire more direct experience with patients and was promoted to the Miami center’s front desk.

Her personal attention and compassion with patients was recognized by the Leon family, promoting her to Assistant Administrator at the Westchester Center. Once the Bird Road Center opened, Caridad received yet another promotion as the Center Administrator.

Unfortunately, as fate would have it, Cari was only able to serve in this capacity for two years needing to leave the state of Florida with her family. However, in 2014 she returned to South Florida and was once again hired as a Floater Administrator using all her previous experience to serve all centers and their perspective Administrators.

In 2022 Caridad was assigned as Administrator for the Homestead center, the position she currently holds.
