A seasoned Executive, Isabel Sanchez joined Leon Medical Centers in October 2007 after 27 years in leadership positions at Delta Airlines. As Center Administrator for Leon Medical Centers’ Miami Center, Isabel Sanchez is able to use her innate customer service skills to help patients and make a difference in their lives.

In her current post, Isabel is responsible for the daily operation and administration of Leon Medical Centers’ first facility, which not only involves addressing patient queries and concerns, but also providing the compassion that they have come to expect from this institution over the years.

Isabel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University having concentrated on Business Administration. Her proven leadership helps Leon Medical Centers make daily improvements in order to increase employee performance, productivity, and overall patient service and satisfaction.

On her personal time, Isabel volunteers at her children’s school and gives her time alongside her family to helping the homeless through Our Sisters of Charity Church.

She prides herself on helping patients as quickly as possible and is happy to count on a team of professionals that is truly dedicated to their work in an atmosphere of respect. Her greatest satisfaction comes from the kind words and appreciative gestures of the Miami Center’s patients and is excited by all the new challenges that each day brings as Center Administrator.

Isabel lives in the Kendall area of Miami Dade County, is married and the proud mother of two.
